ah. my re-immersion into tkd is taking a beating. i was just let know that i will be returning to afghanistan shortly. mixed blessing. loads of cash, but jeez, i do not like the cold. and 6 months. last time i was told 3. God only knows how long i will be gone.

i found this by hearing news about mark cuban. cuban was the yahoo creator mogul who sold out and now owns the dallas mavericks. he is guessing that the mma world is ripe for takeover from the ufc. (i think he is guessing that). lots of good mma fighters tired of the ufc bs and are looking elsewhere. he started his own mms league on hdnet fights.
watch it for some decent fights. they are still unpolished, not as good as the core ufc fighters i don’t think, and the announcers are lacking a huge amount of roggen, but there are still some good fights.
big names? robbie lawler. shamrock. guy metzger. loads more.

I love training in MMA, but I hate watching UFC on tv. So brutal.
i don’t even really like black girls in corn rows. they just suck. but i kind of think that some of them are putting in the corn rows to keep their hair out of their faces.
it’s still ugly though.
i want to get back into martial arts so bad. i’m really starting to like muay thai. looks like it is kind of my style.
oh, i just found out that kaitlin young fights gina carano on 31 may on cbs. i’m going to have to watch it!
