seems it was easier to get two one way tickets than to buy a round trip. you know how southwest runs those flight specials? they’re always one way.

now, privates in the army don’t make too much money. well, they really don’t get paid squat. they get their housing and food provided to them, and their pay is all beer money.

you have to be smart how you spend the few ducats the military will give you. and you have to be careful, because they will afford you every opportunity to not collect anything you are entitled to. at least that was my experience in the navy.
