Davidso last night. i was watching my tv and it flashed and went out.
yeah. my sony 35″ regular tv died.
i’ve been putting off buying one of the new fancy flat panel high def jobs because i just couldn’t jusrtify getting rid of a perfectly good tv. i started to think i could just move this thing out into my garage and watch it while i worked out.
no more. that thing is hugely heavy. like a couple of hundred pounds. that’s my biggest fear right now. how the hell i get rid of it. will the trash men take it?

smashing a tv is fun! The glass bit is thicker than you’d expect. But yes, first see on Craigslist or something if a randomer wants a broken TV. One man’s trash is another man’s treasure.
take the electronics out of the cabinet, oh, just remembered you don’t have a cabinet! I was going to suggest that the cabinet with the enormous hole left by the tv screen makes a good plaace for an aquarium! See ya soon Dad
