this one time, jesse was sooooo drunk…..
that’s not really how this story starts, but i have to say it whenever relating a little happening associated with the infamous jesse swanson.
one time we were sitting in twawsi house #2. not twawsi house #1 in rota mar, or twawsi house #3 that was in the row house, and where all the real action happened.
TWAWSI = the world as we see it. not to be confused with twatsi, the world as they see it.
this was the twawsi house uptown.
a few cool things happened here. most notably, someone was caught with a wilson phillips cd. after an ass kicking, the cd was flung from the balcony at a passing moped. they actually hit the rider in the head, and caught it on video.
he had a helmet, but neither he, nor his girl were happy about.
but what could they do?
the event i’m remembering here is that one night, while i was on watch, i got a call.
jesse had a flat tire and would be a little late.
easy enough. and not that big a deal. i was on the midwatch. 12 hours of boredom from 7 pm to 7am.
he showed up around 9:30.
who the hell takes 2 and a half hours to change a flat? it WAS a little cold out, but sheez.
then my days off came around, and i heard the story.
bill larger, dave burch, and roger leikness were sitting around playing madden football on super nintendo. jesse joined in to make it 2 teams of two. they had a few beers of course, and were having a good time.
then someone noticed that jesse was wearing his uniform.
and asked the question.
‘hey, aren’t you supposed to be on watch?’
jesse answered him by picking up the phone, and calling me with the bs flat tire story. he sat around and sobered up for a couple of hours before finally coming to work.

i’m really just enjoying the fact that he has finally found this site. yes, jesse swanson has left a comment on my blog. i have so many more stories to post.
LOL… man thats priceless…
hey would you be up for exchanging blogroll links?
I already added you… FYI
Good Times…
Sounds like fodder for a story-war!
shoulda fired his ass.
Sheesh, I’ve had new skins for three days and you haven’t visited yet???What up?
I remember that one. Wilson Phillips – wasn’t mine. I think that was Bill’s. At that point, I actually didn’t even own one CD yet. The Spanish punk was a little upset about the cd. But, he was on a moped…so who cares.
Hey kiddo – I agree…damn shame they didn’t fire me. I tried many times, to no avail.
Soooo Jesse
OK so Jason and Jesse and all seem to be accounted for. Where’s Altomare?]
