they’re not movies per se, but i really enjoy sunday nights because “true blood” and “entourage” come on.
shortly, season 2 for the vampire laden show will come to a conclusion. i really really hope there is a season 3. there’s a second plot line that has permeated season 2 and it has not crossed with the main plot line at all until last week. now, it looks to rage big. can’t wait.!
entourage is losing steam. the previous seasons has had 4 new yawkuhs trying to make it big, mainly off of the success of one guy. now they are all successful except for one, and he has gotten away from the ‘street’ image he previously had and is a college boy. it just doesn’t have the same edge it did. not s many hot chicks either.
weeds comes on monday. i record it. been trying to watch torchwood at the recommendation of a friend, but it is so far looking like a bad british version of supernatural.
speaking of. can’t wait til that starts back up.
bunch of shows are coming back on. i watched a bunch of them in iraq. not much to do out there. kind of waiting for californication, supernatural, dexter, and the amazing race to come back around.
of course, it all comes to a screeching halt for college football.
I had to dump the premium channels this week (they cost all of $10 but they had to go) and so I missed the season finale of Weeds, which to be honest, seemed very much lost this season.
As for Entourage, I was at the point where Drama and Turtle were the only reasons to watch. And Lloyd. Everything else was really pretty forgettable.
How good is true blood? i’ve been thinking of getting it but just can’t make the final damn decision. Worth buying or not?
