i just made myself a salad.

i have a tournament coming up in sept. at san antonio college. once more into the ring.
i have to get some air in my lungs, and some weight off of my butt. so i’m starting a little diet again. and i’m gpoing to start working out harder again.
salad is what’s for dinner.
and sometimes, your body just demands the vegetables.
i love salad. it was tasty.
I love salad. I could live on it, with maybe some steak or chicken on it once in a while.
And a margarita.
Croutons are a must.
Good for you for getting back into the ring. You’ll be competing as a black belt, right?
I prefer tossed salads and scrambled eggs.
