ok y’all go check out jeanna‘s version of chile.
jeanna, i love ya girl. but if we were talking beer, you would have just decribed o’douls near beer, and i’m talking shiner bock!
the people at shiner like to do a little thing every october. they always have a chile cookoff at the local texas version of bocktoberfest.
now. don’t get me wrong, i’m all for girls trying to cook, but it’s just like the grill,
ladies, step away! step away from the grill, and stop blaspheming chile.
everybody does know there’s no such thing as non-meat chile! if you substitute tofu for hamburger, it is no longer chile. it is now some sort of near-chile. chile-fu or something.
never ever put side dishes in chile.
you put in hamburger, tomato paste, msg, garlic, chilis, some red pepper, chili powder, and beer!
you can put in beans if you are just trying to stretch the chile for yankees who don’t know any better. season to taste, and then when serving, sprinkle diced onions on top, and cheese. maybe some fritos.
i may have to make up a batch of mlah’s ‘ass o fire’ carnage soon.
add an artery blockage and you’re on your way!
I hate beer. Tastes like mouldy bread. So, that comment makes no sense to me in any which way.
Like I said before, I was just using what I had in the kitchen!!!!!!!!!!!!! I eat lots of tofu, sorry!
jeanna. try beer as a seasoning? do you eat raw garlic? but it’s a very good seasoning. give a beer a try. it really does compliment a good chile.
I thought the food was spelled “chili” and “chile” was that country in south america.
or perhaps you were using the Southren twang and refering to junior variants of the adult human? what choo want, chile?
shiner is my favorite BEER!!!!! I want to tour the shiner brewery some day…
Shiner is a gay beer that gay men drink.
chile is spanish for chili, thats why.
Mlah is not spanish though…
asi, pero, me gusta las chicas espanolas!
