here is the little photo collage i took of state lines along my journey. some of them are hard to make out.

the first pic above is me getting off of highway 3 in bowie, md. and getting onto 50 west, towards dc.

Then right down 295, skirting through DC, crossing the woodrow wilson bridge and into Virginia.

on i85 in virgina, crossing into north carolina.

Still on i85, crossing into south carolina.

on i20 now after staying the night in atlanta. hello ‘bama!

shortly after crossing into mississippi in this pic, i moved onto i59 south.

crossing into louisiana. new orleans is only like 30 miles from this pic. i sooooo wanted to stop for the night, but forced myself top keep on going.

i had been driving for a long time! crossing into texas! finally!

and on the third day, i made it to san antonio.
